To establish strategic partnerships with childcare organizations that provide high quality early education and child development services to children and youth but are struggling to survive.

To generate funds for child and youth education and development programs in collaboration with corporate partners, strategic partners, grant-makers, and individuals.

To support development and implementation of advanced training and professional development programs for managers and new entrepreneurs who are responsible for leading organizations that provide services to children and youth.
